This Survey Plat was completed in June of 2004, after the signed May 17, 2004 closing back-dated to MAY 14, 2004, negating my 3-day right of rescission, adding $20,000 to principle with no net benefit to me, paying Broker $20,000 in spite of lack of specific performance, and this survey ordered by S&S Financial correctly shows the boundaries of 110B Mabel Dodge Lane.
