COVID19 PROTOCOLS FOR TOUCHSTONE

Masks in public are mandatory as is 6 feet social distancing – it is the law in Taos. Some states are still restricted as to 14 day quarantine; check government sites for update.  No food items are provided and no stay-over housekeeping; self check-in and check-out; the internet code is at the bottom of first page of the guest book – it changes, TV is internet, not cable – bring your own hot spot and Roku codes if you wish to watch.  All rooms have refrigerator, microwave, and small coffee pot; seven restaurants are within walking distance – restaurants with outdoor seating are open, others offer pick-up ordering.

AS COVID19 HOUSEKEEPING PROTOCOLS REQUIRE TIME BETWEEN STAYS, IT MAY BE A WEEK BEFORE Looks Like New CAM Service CLEANS ROOM, SO PLEASE:

WHEN YOU LEAVE – PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  1. LIGHTS AND FANS: Turn off  ALL Lights and Ceiling Fans and any other fans.
  2. HEAT THERMOSTAT – SET ON 55◦, NOT off.
  3. REFRIGERATOR: Turn OFF or Unplug Refrigerator and leave its door open.
  4. MICROWAVE & COFFEE POT:  Please leave clean, and Turn off all appliances.
  5. TRASH:  Do Not Leave Trash on the outside for Animals to scatter –Place it in the trash receptacle at the property entrance – Take your trash with you.
  6. KEY:  Place your key in the lock box next to your door where you found it.  If we gave you our key with a flashlight attached, then place it in the Key drop box on the front door.
  7. FIREPLACE – Extinguish all fires and candles before leaving; do NOT clean ashes out of fireplace.
  8. WATER FAUCETS – Make sure all water is off and toilet is not running.
  9. PLEASE, DO NOT STAND SECURITY STICK IN THE TRACK OF SLIDING DOOR WHEN YOU EXIT, PLACE IT ON THE FLOOR – COST TO REMOVE IT WHEN IT FALLS WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU, AROUND $250 FYI.
