COMMITMENT FOR TITLE INSURANCE TO PAY OFF THE $126k SECOND MORTGAGE ON 110B MABEL DODGE LANE, TAOS, NM

THIS PAYOFF DID NOT HAPPEN BECAUSE CHASE WITHHELD THE DOCUMENTS FROM THE CLOSING ON MAY 17, 2004 IN WHICH IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REFINANCED ALONG WITH IT’S PAIRED FIRST MORTGAGE WITH NO CLOSING COSTS, WHICH IS THE SUBJECT OF THE PRESENT DISPUTE ON 110B MABEL DODGE LANE, TAOS, NM 87571.

The Usurious $126K Second Mortgage with a Balloon Rider was purchased  February 9, 2004, 6 days after the closing with S&S Financial, LLC under the guise of National City Mortgage February 3, 2004 with it’s paired First Mortgage, one could not close without the other.

S&S Financial lied to me that the Second would be paid off  with $195,000 refinance with no closing costs and I would get $69,000 to finish construction.  Denying me of this benefit based on a lie, S&S Financial instead added $20,000 to the $630K first mortgage to benefit themselves and to make the mortgage principle $650K,  and received $15,551 plus a kick back POC of $5,759 from Nationsl City Mortgage, not a party of interest in this matter, the remainder of the $10,000 I did not receive from the construction loan, which adds up to $21,310 paid to S&S Financial for Failure of Specific Performance raising the principle to $650K with no Net Benefit to me.
